Privacy Policy

dealcontext is a private, invitation-only workspace. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how we handle it. It applies to the dealcontext.us website and application.

What we collect

• Account identity. The email address you sign in with. Access is allowlist-gated; we do not accept public signups.
• Deal content you provide. The call transcripts, email content, CRM signal, and notes you connect or upload, plus the records the product synthesizes from them.
• Minimal technical data. Standard request metadata (IP, approximate location, browser) used for security and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

• To authenticate you via magic link and maintain your session.
• To build and maintain your deal records and surface them back to you.
• To secure the service and investigate abuse.

How we protect it

Authentication is magic-link only — there are no passwords to leak. Deal data is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to allowlisted accounts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On request, we will delete your account and associated deal content. Contact hello@dealcontext.us for access, export, or deletion requests.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
